Shuwen Jiang is a graduate student in industrial design who graduated from Pratt Institute this year. She went to the Royal College of Art and Imperial College in London as part of the GID (Global Innovation Design) program. As an industrial designer, Jiang pays more attention to how to find problems in her design. She tends to let the product speak for itself so that users can quickly understand and use it, rather than need to learn and explore through a long time to know how to use the product. At present, Jiang wants to learn more about psychology and continue to explore the relationship between products and users.
